There are a lot of scammers in this website and Fiverr protect and harbore them against the buyers. BE CAREFUL

Some days ago I sent messages to other seller to promote my services. Then fiverr sent me a warning that this is against their policies. I was not aware of this. As soin as I received this warning I stoped to promote myself. But after three days fiverr again sent me a warning without any reason and banned my account. My account was level 1 with almost 952$ of earnings till date. They are so heartless that they ban anyone without any specific reason. I was working hard from 2018 and completed 132 orders on account with all positive reviews. But they terminated my account in just three days. Is this justice? One is working hard from years and you just ban then saying they have violated policies. Moreover there support system is so useless they don't even reply to your mails. Even if they reply their tone is not professional they sent message in harsh tone. This is not a professional way. According to my opinion this company should be banned as they are also doing thus with their remote employees. They banned me 1 month ago and I am sending then mails they are not replying. I apologized that I was not aware of this policy give me a chance I will keep this in mind but they have not viewed my application. They should give chance to their old employees as I was attached with thus company since 2018. I just want my account back so that my efforts do nit go waste. Thanks Regards: farhanm1

My partner seller account suspended, for no reason, after 2 months still no answer from appeal. They don't even check it and just let time go by

Bcoz after 2 times my account affiliate money was expired and fiverr support team helped me to renew it and its very safe platform to use as fiverr taking the responsablity for all the buyers

Ticket #9959454 today more than six month complete it but still not able to get it funds this is third class cheap type ofperson handel support team tell him phone number tell him email tell credit card number but still not allowed him to get funds

fiverr is a terrific platform, and truly a great value for the end user (me). I have used it many times in the past for projects from videos to logos to favicons, and it has never disappointed me.

Why Fiverr give me a warning? I am a level one seller and I have completed almost 140 orders and I have around 100 reviews of them. And my all the orders come from promotion then how they can tell me that I use false orders or boosted my account? Is this a joke? I want the prove why you give me a warning. This is a very bad experience. I am a professional graphic designer. My earning is almost 2000$ Is this possible to make it by using feedback or false orders? I worked with almost 90+ buyers then how can you tell me this? Should I deactivate my Fiverr account? I am very angry, Depressed. I want a solution. Otherwise Please withdraw the warning.

Double standards I can't get rid of a buyer easily but I a buyer can cut me off for no reason anytime for good. I can listen to hateful judgemental crap from some proud sellers but I can 't be upset and get a warning! Blshit.

Fiverr is the worst i ever met, does not care a penny on sellers and a very unreasonable website i have seen in my whole life. accounts and gigs are deactivated with no reason. they never mention the reason for it. ever and never!!! customer support is 0/10 or worst than that. never recommend for anyone. and pls someone start good website behalf of fiverr

Fiverr is so easy to find someone for any work to be done at Fraction of a cost. That's not all, the best part is, ur all INSURED. I have been on Fiverr for more than 4 years, and have gotten more than 50+ Gigs. I have had Good, Bad & Ugly experiences, but the INSURANCE comes here, when it was an Ugly experience, Fiverr, did intervene and bailed me out of the Ugly experience. Way 2 Go!

I got a buyer from fiverr he is just fuc*king awesome and From New Zealand joined on Oct 2017. Username is @mikailsteens. He is just disturbed person and coming with low budget and after completed his order he makes some issue like set the domain redirection or set custom page on his website as a default homepage and threating seller that You're hacked my website, my database broken, My credit card was hacked and sometimes he also mentioned that seller hacked his fiverr account and doing auto order on their own profile. His behaviour is not professional and always try to cheat with sellers and after worked on this project cancellation is one of the his big nature. I have mentioned his name I think fiverr will review his inbox conversation and ban his id from fiverr. Take legal action against him.

Sorry to say your last update is not good for sellers and buyers doing scam like working a project from last 3 days and when i transferred site on their hosting. Then client mentioned that he was not like my design & website. He want to cancelled the order. Last review update is rush update for seller. This will make buyer trust. This will make seller experience rush! I will take leave from fiverr and make a case study on fake buyers and buyers scam and how fiverr serve the buyer neither seller. I will publish the case study on social media and own platform.

I like Fiverr and use it often. You can find professionals in any field. The interface is easy to use and understandable. I have used Fiverr for Landscape and graphic Design.

Fiverr is one of worst fuc*ing platform. Sellers are not protected the buyers are fiverr diamonds! Fiverr always go buyer side. Customer support is unprofessional and going hell! As per cancelled order review function is worst and buyers take full benefit. They cancelled completed orders just saying I don't like this and don't waste my time

Yes Fiverr sellers absolutely do not care and do not protect. However, we give 20% commission to Fiverr. I've heard of Fiverr treating sellers like this, but today I witnessed it myself for the first time. If you want to get free work on fiverr apply these: Order from any seller After receiving the order, say you don't like it and you want to cancel it. If the seller does not accept it, you can easily cancel it by contacting Customer Service. Customer service is very bad, unhelpful and they speak accusing you. We have a chance to get rid of this by not working with a customer with 1 star in their profile. Our only chance.
